Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your destination. You can calculate your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update in your total.


Shipping & Handling

We process orders on business days from Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time) and exclude holidays observed by the U.S. Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Late Deliveries

While we partner with reliable shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Klaots Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Missing apartment, building, or unit numbers
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to update tracking details. If your tracking number isn’t working immediately, it may take time for the carrier to process your package. Once scanned into their system, tracking details will appear.


Multiple Items in One Order

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately to expedite delivery. Don’t worry if you receive some items before others—they are on their way!

  • Can my order be delivered to multiple addresses?
    Unfortunately, we cannot ship to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
    Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via DHL Global Mail. Orders shipped to APOs may take up to 45 additional days to arrive due to military mail processing. Once in the military system, tracking updates are no longer available for security reasons.
