Please note that custom-made charm jewelry cannot be canceled once the production process has started. We encourage you to double-check all custom order details before confirming your purchase to avoid any issues.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
