Refund Policy
We will offer a refund or reprint of your order at no additional cost if your item meets any of the following conditions:
- The product is defective or flawed.
- The design you received does not match the information provided on our site.
- You received the wrong product type or size compared to your order.
If your order falls under one of these categories, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
What You Should Do
To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your Order/Invoice ID.
- A photo of the defective or incorrect item if applicable.
We will review your request, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once approved, your refund should appear within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive a wrong or defective item, there is no need to return it. We will issue a refund without requiring the return of the item, which should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Cases Not Eligible for Refund, Reprint, or Return
We cannot process refunds or returns in the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to reasons under your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive the delivery, not collecting the package).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, or tracking marked as “delivered” but lost).
- The item received is as described.
Order Cancellations
Customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Please note that a 10% management, processing, and transaction fee will apply for cancellations. After 24 hours, the item will enter production, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Refund Processing Times
- PayPal: Refunds processed within 48 hours.
- Credit Card: Refunds may take 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong size. If there are any printing or design issues, we will handle those. Please contact us before returning any items, and follow our instructions for any authorized returns.
Compensation (Points or Coupons)
In cases where compensation is offered in the form of store points or coupons, processing will take 1-2 business days.
Repairs
For repair requests, the processing time is 7-14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing times can vary before a refund is posted.
